Next Generation

Building Idaho's future leaders — now

Idaho's leadership pipeline shouldn't start at 40. We invest in young Idahoans through direct mentorship, practical skill-building, and real access to the people already shaping the state.

The Program

Four pillars of youth development

Our youth program is open to Idahoans ages 18–30 who demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to their communities. The program runs annually with rolling admissions.

1

Mentorship matching — pairing young leaders with experienced mentors across politics, business, and nonprofit sectors for one-on-one guidance.

2

Leadership workshops — practical sessions on public speaking, policy analysis, organizational management, and civic engagement.

3

Network access — invitations to Idaho Leaders events, roundtables, and direct introductions to senior leaders across all sectors.

4

Spotlight & placement — article features and connections to internships and roles across the partner ecosystem.
