For Established Leaders

Sharpen your leadership at every level

You already lead. You run teams, organizations, agencies, or companies. Idaho Leaders provides the peer network, executive resources, and strategic frameworks to help you lead better — and lead Idaho forward.

Built for leaders who are already in the arena

Idaho doesn't lack leaders. It lacks connected leaders. The mayor of Twin Falls and the CEO of a Boise tech company face overlapping challenges — growth management, workforce retention, housing pressure — but they've never been in the same room. Idaho Leaders changes that.

Our leadership development program is designed for people who've been leading for years but want access to peer-level collaboration, structured strategic thinking, and cross-sector relationships that don't exist anywhere else in Idaho.

This isn't a training program for beginners. It's an operating environment for people already doing the work.

What we offer

Executive roundtables

Small-group discussions (8–12 leaders) organized by sector or by challenge area. Recent topics include rural broadband deployment, workforce housing strategies, and cross-agency water policy coordination. These are working sessions, not panels. You come with a problem, you leave with a framework.

Peer cohorts

Annual cohorts of 15–20 established leaders from across sectors who meet quarterly for structured peer advisory sessions. Think YPO meets Idaho civic leadership. Each cohort runs for one year with optional renewal. Confidential, candid, and focused on real decisions you're facing.

Strategic briefings

Monthly briefings on the policy, economic, and demographic trends shaping Idaho's next decade. Delivered by our research team and guest experts. Designed for executives who need to understand the landscape without reading 200-page reports.

1:1 advisory matching

For leaders navigating a specific challenge — a career transition, a major initiative, or a crisis — we match you with an advisor from our senior network who's been through something similar. Not a mentor in the traditional sense. A strategic thought partner.
