Idaho Leaders exists to connect, celebrate, and develop the people shaping Idaho's future — across politics, business, nonprofits, and the next generation.
Idaho is one of the fastest-growing states in America. With that growth comes enormous opportunity — and enormous pressure on the leaders steering the state's direction.
But Idaho's leadership ecosystem is fragmented. Political leaders, business executives, nonprofit directors, and emerging young talent often operate in silos. They work on overlapping problems without knowing each other. They build parallel efforts without coordination. They miss the compounding power of a connected network.
Idaho Leaders was created to solve that. We're a hub — not a think tank, not a PAC, not a chamber of commerce. We connect people across sectors, amplify the organizations doing the work, develop the next generation of leaders, and recognize the ones already making Idaho better.
Leadership is action, not title. The most impactful leaders in Idaho aren't always the most visible. Some are county commissioners. Some run food banks. Some are 23-year-old organizers in rural school districts. We find them, feature them, and connect them.
Idaho's challenges — housing, water, growth management, workforce development, rural broadband — require cross-sector solutions. No single industry, party, or generation can solve them alone. Our network creates the space for those collaborations to happen.
We publish original articles and analysis on the people, policies, and trends shaping Idaho. We host events that bring leaders together across sectors — from our annual Summit to intimate regional roundtables. We run an awards program that honors standout leadership. We develop the next generation through youth mentorship and workshops. We provide executive-level leadership development for established leaders through peer cohorts and roundtables. And we partner with businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies whose work strengthens Idaho communities.
