What you get as a member

Idaho Leaders membership connects you to a cross-sector network of political, business, nonprofit, and emerging leaders across all 44 counties. Membership is free and open to anyone committed to strengthening Idaho's leadership ecosystem.

As a member you receive invitations to all Idaho Leaders events including our annual Summit, regional roundtables, and sector-specific forums. You get early access to our articles and policy briefings before public release, and you're eligible for our annual awards nominations.

Members working in nonprofits, government, or education also gain access to our resource library including policy briefings, civic engagement toolkits, and workshop recordings. Youth members (ages 18–30) are automatically eligible to apply for our mentorship program.

Who should join

If you hold a leadership role in Idaho — or aspire to — this network is for you. We define leadership broadly. You might be a state legislator, a startup founder, a school board member, a nonprofit executive, or a college student organizing civic initiatives. What matters is that you're engaged, serious, and invested in Idaho's future.

Idaho Leaders is nonpartisan. We don't endorse candidates, advance policy positions, or require alignment with any political ideology. We connect people who are willing to work across divides.
